A PEACH OF A SUNDAE
Cut fresh peaches in half and remove pit.
Place each peach half on a barbecue grill, skin side up, and cook until softened. (May have black marks from the grill.)
Remove from grill, and place in bowl, skin side down.
Cover with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Drizzle Little Owl over the ice cream and peaches.

- Little Owl
- Champagne, Prosecco, or cold sparkling wine
- Orange bitters
- Fresh orange (when in season)
- Flute or wine glass
DIRECTIONS:
- 1 shot Little Owl
- Add 2 shots of champagne, prosecco, or cold sparkling wine, or fill glasses (one bottle is perfect for 4 servings)
- 3 drops orange bitters
- Garnish with orange peel

A new twist on the gin and cherry liqueur cocktail, with the addition of the subtle smoky taste in R Gin that comes from smoking the grain at the Hama Hama Oyster Co.

Canal Rouge
1 part R Gin
½ part Cat’s Pajamas (increase or decrease according to taste)
Dash of orange bitters or juice from orange segment
Orange peel for garnish
Shake the R Gin, Cat’s and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain, and garnish with the orange peel.

Night Time
Ingredients:
1 cup Little Owl
3 cups white wine (about one bottle of wine)
1 to 2 fresh peaches, cut into pieces
Directions:
In a pitcher, combine the Little Owl, wine and peaches.
Best if left in refrigerator overnight.

3 parts Plumb Bee’s Knees®
1 part simple syrup
Bitters – 3 to 4 drops
Orange peel and cherry for garnish
Pour the simple syrup and Plumb Bee’s Knees® into a glass with ice cubes.
Add bitters and stir to combine.
Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.

1½ oz Hardware Distillery Aquavit
½ oz lemon simple syrup*
2 oz soda water
Using a small glass, combine the Aquavit and lemon simple syrup over ice. Add the soda water.
Combine and heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, strain. Let cool. Add juice from lemon to taste.
Makes about 2 cups. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. (The zest can be dried on rack, then tossed in sugar for candied zest.)

1½ oz Hardware Distillery Aquavit
½ oz Cinnamon simple syrup*
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Chill before serving.
Garnish with an orange peel.
*Combine ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, and 3 cinnamon sticks.
Cook until sugar dissolves. When cool, remove cinnamon sticks.
The leftover simple syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for about one week.

*Sour Mix:
1 part simple syrup
1 part fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ part fresh squeezed lime juice
Garnish with wedge of lemon or lime

1 oz Genepy de Alpes
1 oz lemon juice
Shake everything with ice. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with cherry.
