Pour the simple syrup and Plumb Bee’s Knees® into a glass with ice cubes.
Add bitters and stir to combine.
Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.
1½ oz Hardware Distillery Aquavit
½ oz lemon simple syrup*
2 oz soda water
Using a small glass, combine the Aquavit and lemon simple syrup over ice. Add the soda water.
Combine and heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, strain. Let cool. Add juice from lemon to taste.
Makes about 2 cups. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. (The zest can be dried on rack, then tossed in sugar for candied zest.)
*Combine ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, and 3 cinnamon sticks.
Cook until sugar dissolves. When cool, remove cinnamon sticks.
The leftover simple syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for about one week.
2 parts Crabby Ginny Gin
1 part Cardamom Aquavit
½ part lemon juice
½ part simple syrup
3-5 drops orange (more…)
1 part Hardware Distillery Vodka
½ part Cat’s Pajamas
1 part Sour Mix*
1 part simple syrup
1 part fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ part fresh squeezed lime juice
Garnish with wedge of lemon or lime
Champagne, Prosecco, or cold sparkling wine
Fresh orange (when in season)
Flute or wine glass
1 shot Little Owl
Add 2 shots of champagne, prosecco, or cold sparkling wine, or fill glasses (one bottle is perfect for 4 servings)
3 drops orange bitters
Garnish with orange peel
The Hardware Distillery Owlini is a variation of the Italian Bellini.

1.5 oz Bonal
Fee Brothers Plum bitters
Stir everything with ice. Strain into a martini or coupe glass.
Garnish with a cherry.
1 oz Bees Knees® Raspberry
2 oz Meleti Cioccolato
Shake Bee’s Knees® and Meleti. Strain into a rocks glass.
Top with whisky whip.
1/4 oz whisky
2 oz heavy cream
1/4 simple syrup
Shake or stir until firm.
2 oz Hardware Distillery Whiskey
1 oz Hardware Distillery HWY 101
Dash of Hardware Distillery Cardamom Aquavit
Serve over ice
