A Peach of a Sundae

A PEACH OF A SUNDAE

 

Cut fresh peaches in half and remove pit.

Place each peach half on a barbecue grill, skin side up, and cook until softened. (May have black marks from the grill.)

Remove from grill, and place in bowl, skin side down.

Cover with scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Drizzle Little Owl over the ice cream and peaches.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Little Owl
  • Champagne, Prosecco, or cold sparkling wine
  • Orange bitters
  • Fresh orange (when in season)
  • Flute or wine glass

DIRECTIONS:

  • 1 shot Little Owl
  • Add 2 shots of champagne, prosecco, or cold sparkling wine, or fill glasses (one bottle is perfect for 4 servings)
  • 3 drops orange bitters
  • Garnish with orange peel

Ingredients:
1 cup Little Owl
3 cups white wine (about one bottle of wine)
1 to 2 fresh peaches, cut into pieces


Directions:
In a pitcher, combine the Little Owl, wine and peaches.
Best if left in refrigerator overnight.
